Wednesday: Pot roast (chuck roast with potatoes, carrots, whatever else that sounds good to add, probaby like this pot roast recipe)
Thursday: Homemade pizza - pepperoni with tomatoes (dough recipe from a bread machine cookbook)
Saturday: Eat out
