I thought the old banner was getting kind of ... old. This one is just simple with an updated pic of Jackson.

I'm not sure if I'm set on the new one, I might play with it more. It might just take me some time to do.

Getting anxious

One week till we leave for Australia!! I'm super excited and super anxious. I've been making a bunch of lists of things I need to do, pack and tell the house sitter. I didn't know what to do with our kitty, so luckily we have a friend that is able to house sit and watch kitty.

Here are some pictures of kitty attacking his perch, it was pretty funny. He was kicking his hind legs and hugging it with his front. He almost fell over three times.

I took some pictures of my garden today and then the side yard too. I just spread all the gravel out. It's slowly coming along. I made Kaeli sit in the pictures, she wouldn't have done it on her own.

Here is a new banner, finally. The last one had snow in it!

This picture is from last weekend at my parent's studio. My dad is the photographer and he was busy with something else, so I asked my mom to click a couple shots. I did do some editing in photoshop.

I didn't like the banner completely, so I made a new one. I like this one more.

I'm not quite sure if I like my new banner or not yet. But I do want to have a place where I can see the old banners on my blog, so I'm going to save the old and new one here and make a new label.


Plus, the new banner is an actual picture of my flowers.
