so sweet

Here is a picture I took of Kaeli this morning while I was on the computer. I think her feet are just so cute when she sleeps like this.

Here is a mini box and 3x3 card for a workshop that I have coming up.

I used Prints Designer Series Paper in Rose Red and Certainly Celery. The box top was 6"x6" and the bottom was 5 1/2"x5 1/2". Using a Rose Red 1/2" strip for the band across the top and Linen Thread to tie a bow. I punched a Word Window strip from Whisper White paper. And clipped a Mini Library Clip to the top. For the card, the base is Kraft, then layered Whisper White and the Prints patterned paper, and then a strip of Rose Red cardstock. Attached two silver brads to the each side. Stamped the image using Black StazOn and then used the blender pen and Stampin' Pastels to color the tree. The image is on Whisper White and layered on Certainly Celery.

Cute little boxes

Here are two boxes I made. I used the Splitcloast written tutorial and Kristina Werner's video tutorial. The first box was made from leftover supplies from the November kit. The paper was cut to 6"x6" for the top and 5 1/2"x5 1/2" for the bottom.

This box was made with 12"x12" paper for the top and 11 1/2"x11 1/2" for the bottom. The ribbon is Very Vanilla Taffeta.

Some cards

I wanted to do some abstract cards, so here is what I came up with. On the first card, the Thank you stamp is from a new stamp set that will be coming out in January. The set is called Enjoy Every Moment. It has some fun stamps in it.

This one isn't an abstract one, but it was fun and easy to make.

Birthday Card

I cased this card from Cards magazine (by ScrapbookTrends) vol 2, issue 4, page 130, by Courtney Kelly.

All suplies are Stampin' Up!, except for the sewing machine/thread and I printed Happy Birthday from my computer. The patterned paper is from the Creative License Simply Scrappin' hostess kit. And the cardstock is Wild Wasabi textured and Whisper White. I added the build-a-brad, which is way fun and easy to do.

2nd page from Nov Kit

Here is another scrapbook page I made with the November kit.

All supplies are made with leftovers from the same November kit I started with this month (except for the Very Vanilla card stock for journaling). The page is pretty simple, but I wanted to show the different pictures like they were from a different time. I used two different sheets of DS Apple Cider paper cut in half. Wild Wasabi and Close to Cocoa card stock behind the pictures. The card stock is edged in white StazOn to give it more dimension. The tabs are from the Pockets and Pieces die cuts. I wrote on the tabs with a Basic Black Journaler. I printed the journaling from my computer onto Very Vanilla card stock. Sewed with a vanilla colored thread with sewing machine around paper. Adhered ribbon from Theater Ribbon Originals.

Another card from my kit

Here is another card I made, still from leftovers from my November Kit. I still have a ton of supplies leftover to make a bunch more scrapbook pages or projects. This is also for Beate's WSC27.

This is another 3"x3" card. I used Pumpkin Pie textured card stock as the base. Then layered with River Rock textured card stock and two different sheets from the DS Apple Cider paper pack. I cut the flower out from a sheet of the DS Apple Cider paper. I used the Colluzle to cut the circle. I used the 1/2" circle punch to make the ticket corners. The brads are silver. I used dimensionals below the River Rock, circle DS paper, and under the cut out flower. I also distressed the edge of the circle and inked the edges using Chocolate Chip classic ink on the three layers.

Thanks Card

Here is a Thanks card I made from my November Scrapbooking Kit. It is also for Beate's WSC26 Challenge.

All supplies to make the card are leftover from my November Scrapbooking kit except the Thanks stamp. The card is 3"x3" in size. I used the Wild Wasabi Textured cardstock as the base. Then Pumpkin Pie Textured cardstock layered with Designer Series Apple Cider paper. I used So Much stamp set for the Thanks stamped with Close to Cocoa ink on River Rock Textured cardstock. The ribbon is from Theater Ribbon Originals and it is just cut 3" long and adhered to the paper. The flower is cut from the DS Apple Cider paper and then 1 1/4" circle punched from Wild Wasabi Textured cardstock with an Antique Brass brad in the center.
